Systems Engineer (All Levels) - Full-Time Role
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking Systems Engineers at all experience levels to join our infrastructure and systems engineering team. In this role, you will engineer, implement, and support complex systems across hybrid environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to design cloud-based and traditional solutions while ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engineer, implement, and integrate systems using industry standards
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions across cloud and non-cloud environments
- Provide expert system support in AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments
- Manage Windows and Unix/Linux system environments
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
- Ensure system scalability, availability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design
- Document system architectures and procedures
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
- For senior levels: guide and mentor junior staff
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in systems engineering and infrastructure design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with system architecture and design principles
- Knowledge of network configuration and security
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Entry Level: 0-2 years or Bachelor's in related field
- Mid Level: 3-5 years of professional systems engineering experience
- Senior Level: 6+ years with proven leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Demonstrated technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
