POSITION OVERVIEW
Solutions Architect
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $99,000 to $225,000 annually
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You define and lead architectures connecting mission needs, engineering teams, and secure technology delivery. You guide modernization, lead stakeholder engagements, and ensure architecture intent aligns with delivery execution and compliance requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect enterprise and mission-system solutions across infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
- Lead stakeholder workshops, technical interchange meetings, and executive briefings
- Produce and maintain architecture artifacts, decision records, and integration plans
- Guide modernization efforts including Zero Trust adoption, cross-domain integration, and IL5 or IL6 deployments
- Shape technical architectures for new pursuits, including proposal architectures and implementation strategies
- Coordinate delivery across engineers, developers, and subcontractors to validate outcomes
- Embed security and compliance using STIG, RMF, and NIST 800-53 and 171 frameworks
- Manage risk, schedules, and delivery priorities across program execution
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Enterprise and mission-system architecture
- Infrastructure and networking integration

- Program delivery oversight and risk management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or mission-system architecture on defense, intelligence, or federal programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- IAT Level II CompTIA Security+ certification
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, or automation tooling preferred
CLEARANCE & LOCATION
- Clearance: Secret
- Work Model: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote based on role listing and mission needs
- Employment: Full-Time
