Software Engineer, Developer (All Levels) - Full-Time Role

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking talented Software Engineers and Developers at all experience levels to join our software development team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to help clients define, design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications. You will work on multi-disciplinary teams to create scalable solutions while following industry best practices and methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support in defining and designing software solutions
• Develop, enhance, modernize, and maintain applications
• Design and develop software platforms and scalable applications
• Participate in testing, integration, and deployment activities
• Follow configuration management and coding standards
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
• Document technical findings and maintain project records
• Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide code reviews and quality assurance
• For senior levels: provide technical leadership and mentoring

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Experience with software development frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices
• Experience with version control and configuration management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• For senior levels: leadership and mentoring experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Entry Level: 0-2 years or Bachelor's in related field
• Mid Level: 3-5 years of professional development experience
• Senior Level: 6+ years with proven leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Experience with relevant technology stacks and frameworks
• Strong analytical and collaborative abilities
