Senior Ground TT&C Lead Systems Engineer

Location: El Segundo or Seal Beach

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 annually

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Lead high-intensity development for proprietary U.S. government national security programs as part of a high-performing team. Develop/implement Ground System engineering solutions for TT&C including Command/Control, Mission Planning/Management, Satellite Dynamics/Constellation/Fleet, SSA, UX, and Maintenance/Modernization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead TT&C subsystem architecture/design/development/integration/test/verification/validation/certification/operations modernization
• Integrate/test TT&C across Ground test environments/operational facilities
• Define/develop TT&C test reqts/regression testing/plans/procedures/schedules
• Execute/analyze TT&C tests for verification/validation/certification/transition
• Evaluate customer needs for system performance/reqts/integration
• Lead system-of-systems architecture/affordability/safety/reliability/maintainability/testability/HSI/survivability/security analyses
• Develop/maintain reqts mgmt/risk/issues/opportunity/tech readiness processes
• Interface with cross-functional teams/senior leadership/external customers

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on TT&C I&T use case/operations experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 9+ years overall; 7+ years SE
• BS Scientific/Technical/Engineering discipline

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

• Clearance: TS/SCI with adjudicated CI poly
• Work Location: Onsite (El Segundo or Seal Beach)
• Employment: Full Time
