POSITION OVERVIEW
RF Systems Engineer Senior
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $86,800 to $198,000 annually
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You lead RF systems engineering for mission programs supporting the Air Force and Space Force. You design and evolve RF solutions, integrate complex systems, and support range environments for defensive and offensive cyberspace operators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead RF systems design and engineering activities for mission programs
- Translate operational needs into technical specifications and RF system designs
- Perform RF design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Support integration of RF systems such as backhaul and transport technologies
- Apply RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation models in system development
- Troubleshoot complex RF and cellular systems across hardware, software, and integration layers
- Present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Support cross-disciplinary engineering efforts across hardware, software, and integration teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
- RF communications and systems engineering
- RF design and test tooling
- Antenna theory and propagation modeling
- Cellular and RF system troubleshooting
- Cross-technology integration experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, including RF communications, technology, and systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in Engineering preferred
- Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, CDMA, or LTE preferred
- Satellite communications experience preferred
- Project leadership experience preferred

- Clearance: TS SCI
- Work Model: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote based on role listing and mission needs
- Employment: Full-Time
- U.S. Citizenship Required
