Salary: $86,800 to $198,000 annually

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will coach and support development and solution teams delivering mission-focused capabilities in a Naval environment. This role drives Agile and SAFe execution, improves delivery outcomes, and strengthens process discipline using tools such as ServiceNow to support Program Increment objectives and feature delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as Release Train Engineer supporting multiple teams
  • Coach teams on sprint goals, Agile best practices, and delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily syncs, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Lead and support Program Increment planning and execution
  • Drive process improvements using ServiceNow and Agile project tools
  • Support Program Increment objectives and feature delivery
  • Identify risks early and resolve routine delivery issues using Scrum principles
  • Facilitate and coach teams using process improvement techniques
  • Partner with clients to deliver capabilities supporting the warfighter

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • SAFe and enterprise Agile implementation experience in DoD environments
  • Scrum Master experience across ceremonies and PI planning
  • ServiceNow experience for Agile project management and process improvements
  • Team facilitation, coaching, and process improvement skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience supporting DoD IT projects or programs
  • 2+ years experience as an RTE supporting multiple teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

  • Clearance: TS/SCI required
  • Work Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite as assigned
  • Employment: Full Time
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
