Radio Frequency Content Development Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $86,800 to $198,000 annually
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You develop RF-enabled cyber training scenarios supporting cyberspace operational readiness. You create and deliver training content, assess effectiveness, and lead scenario development for operational training audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop RF-enabled cyber training scenarios and content
- Deliver training scenarios to operational audiences
- Conduct on-net cyber operations to support training development
- Evaluate training effectiveness across RF and cyberspace capabilities
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions for training improvements
- Draft reports and brief daily network security summaries to senior leaders
- Mentor and supervise team members
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Offensive or defensive cyber operations
- RF systems and communications technology knowledge
- DoD and USCYBERCOM cyber training standards
- On-net cyber operations for training development
- Report writing and briefing skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in offensive or defensive cyber operations
- Experience supporting USCYBERCOM or another Combatant or Major Command
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8140 compliant IAT-II certification such as GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
CLEARANCE & LOCATION
- Clearance: TS SCI
- Travel: Up to 25 percent
- Work Model: Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote based on role listing and mission needs
