Lead/Senior Ground SEIT Engineer

Location: Seal Beach, CA or El Segundo

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead system architecture/design/development/integration/test/verification/validation/certification/operations modernization
• Integrate/test system solutions across Ground test environments/operational facilities
• Define/develop system test reqts/regression testing/plans/procedures/schedules
• Lead/perform system execution/analysis/test results for verification/validation/certification/transition
• Apply interdisciplinary approach to plan/design/develop/verify complex system-of-systems solutions
• Evaluate customer needs for performance reqts/technical integration/interface compatibility
• Perform system-of-systems architecture/affordability/safety/reliability/maintainability/testability/HSI/survivability/security analyses
• Develop/maintain/improve reqts mgmt/risk/issues/opportunity/tech readiness processes
• Interface with cross-functional teams/senior leadership/external customers

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hardware/SW I&T (hardware preferred)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years SE; 5+ years leading projects
• BS Scientific/Technical/Engineering discipline

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

• Clearance: TS/SCI with adjudicated CI poly
• Work Location: Onsite (Seal Beach or El Segundo)
• Employment: Full Time
