POSITION OVERVIEW
Intelligence and Cyber Planner (Senior) – Full-Time Role
Salary: $77,600 – $176,000 annually
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role supports military and government cyber mission planning through planning, approval, and execution phases. You will draft and coordinate operational plans and orders, integrate cyber capabilities into mission plans, and support deliberate and dynamic cyberspace operations aligned to client priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support mission planning across planning, approval, and execution phases
- Draft and edit Staff Estimates and Intelligence Plans
- Draft and edit OPLANs, OPORDs, TASKORDs, and FRAGOs
- Participate in IPTs, JPGs, and OPTs to integrate cyber capabilities into mission plans
- Support action officers with planning and mission prioritization
- Review plans for expressed and implied missions and responsibilities
- Develop and analyze courses of action and concepts of support
- Coordinate command and external capabilities into comprehensive plans
- Plan activities supporting deliberate and dynamic cyberspace operations
- Coordinate and plan DoDIN Cyber Tasking Orders to meet mission objectives
- Support crisis plan execution, cyber risk mitigation, and risk management activities
- Draft, coordinate, and support approval of plans and orders for subordinate commanders and external agencies
- Participate in joint planning supporting national initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Military or government intelligence and cyber mission planning
- OPLAN, OPORD, TASKORD, and FRAGO development
- Cyberspace capabilities and infrastructure understanding
- DoDIN Cyber Tasking Order coordination
- Technical operations planning
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years supporting military or government intelligence activities and cyber missions
- 5+ years mission planning experience with military or government IPTs
- Associate’s degree with 6+ years supporting military or government planning operations, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years supporting military or government planning operations, or
- 10+ years supporting military or government planning operations in lieu of a degree
CLEARANCE & LOCATION
- Clearance: Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- Employment: Full Time
- U.S. Citizenship Required
