Industrial Security Manager (IDO) - Full-Time, Senior-Level Role

Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a senior-level Industrial Security Manager to support the Integrated Development Office (IDO) at Wright-Patterson AFB. In this critical role, you will manage program security operations, oversee classified material handling, coordinate security compliance activities, and ensure adherence to Defense Department security requirements and protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage program security operations and strategies
• Prepare and manage DD Form 254 documentation
• Provide SAP (Special Access Program) and SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) security support
• Oversee classified material handling, storage, and destruction procedures
• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews
• Manage acquisition security and contract compliance activities
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Coordinate with government and contractor security personnel
• Maintain security accreditation documentation and records

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Extensive expertise in Industrial Security regulations and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of SAP/SCI security requirements
• Experience with classified material management protocols
• Strong understanding of DoD security directives and regulations
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple security initiatives simultaneously

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of professional experience in industrial or program security
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with DD Form 254 and security documentation
• Proven track record managing security compliance programs
