Identity Solution Architect, SME

Salary: $112,900 to $257,000 annually

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role designs scalable identity architectures aligned with zero trust principles across on prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You lead integration across identity providers, identity governance, and privileged access management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement identity architectures aligned with zero trust principles
• Secure identity lifecycles across on prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Create architecture products, design specifications, and technical requirements
• Evaluate and integrate IdP, IGA, and PAM technologies, including Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust
• Transform legacy identity systems into scalable and secure platforms
• Mentor engineers and guide technical delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS

• IAM solution design and deployment experience
• Federation and access management integration using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, federation, and SSO
• IAM protocol expertise across SAML, OAuth, and OIDC

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience designing and deploying IAM systems
• Security+ certification
