POSITION OVERVIEW
Financial Management Associate
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role provides financial management and CCaR application support for SSC or SN organizations and mission partners. You support high visibility programs and perform financial management functions independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide financial management support for mission critical programs
- Support daily use of the CCaR application
- Ensure accuracy of data imported and exported from CCaR
- Configure CCaR to align with business process requirements
- Maintain DD Form 2875 system authorization access requests
- Serve as primary CCaR customer support focal point
- Manage CCaR interfaces and data transfers
- Train users on CCaR features and functionality
- Support development and maintenance of tools, processes, and procedures
- Support integration, testing, validation, and documentation of financial systems
- Use systems including GAFS, MOCAS, FM Suite, WAWF, EDA, SCRT, SDW, CRIS, and IAPS
- Review program documents for regulatory and policy compliance
- Build staff packages and implement guidance into daily operations
