Salary: 90-100k (OCONUS +30k COLA)

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Seeking operations/intel pros skilled in Gotham/Gaia/Foundry for front-line Field Service Analyst role. Strengthen user relationships via troubleshooting, use cases, worldwide collaboration, feature feedback, global enterprise promotion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on Gotham for training/guiding users (variations Gotham/Gaia/Foundry per role)
• Training (Classroom/Deskside)
• Troubleshooting proficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1-6 years Gotham/Maven/Gaia/Foundry mandate
• DoD/Intel/Law Enforcement mission understanding

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Real-world intel/ops support
• Gaia/Foundry familiarity
• Other intel/ops software training
• Excellent communication
• Independent CONUS/OCONUS travel
• Python/Java/HTML familiarity
