Field Support Analyst

Location: Lompoc, California

Salary: 90,000 - 100,000 annually (up to 110,000; OCONUS +30k COLA)

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Experienced operations/intelligence professional training users on Gotham/Palantir Foundry (1-6 years required) with technical aptitude, ideally space operations. Troubleshoot issues, develop use cases, collaborate globally with analysts, provide software feedback, and promote enterprise success for DoD/Intelligence/Law Enforcement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train/guide users on Gotham/Foundry (classroom/deskside)
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Develop new use cases/solve complex problems with analysts
• Collaborate worldwide/provide feature enhancements
• Strengthen user relationships/promote global collaboration

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1-6 years Gotham/Palantir Foundry/technical aptitude
• DoD/Intelligence/Law Enforcement missions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Real-world intelligence/operations support (space operations preferred)
• Gaia familiarity
• Training intel/operations software
• Excellent communication
• Independent CONUS/OCONUS travel
• Python/Java/HTML knowledge

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Work Location: Onsite with users (worldwide travel)
• Employment: Full Time
