Field Support Analyst

Location: Washington DC (Base: Ft Meade)

Salary: $90-110k

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals skilled in Gotham, Gaia, Foundry to strengthen user relationships as Field Service Analyst. Troubleshoot issues, develop use cases, collaborate worldwide, provide feedback on features, and promote global enterprise collaboration. 40 hours/week with authorized overtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on Gotham experience for training/guiding users
• Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
• 1-6 years Palantir experience
• Preferred: Cyber military background/CYBERCOM missions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Real world intelligence/operations support
• Gaia/Foundry familiarity
• Training other intel/ops software
• Excellent communication
• Technical knowledge: Python, Java, HTML

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Work Location: Onsite
• Travel: up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS
• Employment: Full-time
