Field Support Analyst

Location: Peterson(NNC) Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite)

Salary: $90-$110K

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Serve as an FSR Analyst working side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users on Gotham at Peterson NNC. Troubleshoot issues, develop use cases, embed with high-impact units, and facilitate global collaboration through Help Desk and training support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
• Solve unique and challenging problems
• Embed with high-impact units to understand operational and technical needs
• Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in classroom and operational settings
• Staff Help Desk, respond to requests, and troubleshoot with engineering team
• Provide product feedback to engineering
• Answer questions from senior leaders

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Prior Gotham experience (1-6 years required); Gaia or Foundry a plus
• Technical knowledge: HTML, Ruby, Python/Java, hardware, networks, server administration
• Experience training analysts in classroom or field
• Strong Excel knowledge

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years intel analysis experience
• 3+ years fusing intelligence for operations
• Military/Special Operations experience a plus
