Field Support Analyst - Full-Time Role

Location: Clarksville, TN, Ft. Campbell

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals skilled in using and training others on software (e.g. Gotham, Gaia, Foundry, etc.) to join the team. As a Field Service Analyst, responsibilities include being on the front lines strengthening user relationships, troubleshooting technical issues, developing new use cases, working alongside analysts to solve unique and complex problems, collaborating closely with users worldwide, providing direct feedback regarding software feature enhancements, and promoting collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure continued success for customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham
• Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
• Mandate: 1-6 years of Gotham and Maven/Gaia/Foundry
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
• Desired: Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations
• Desired: Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry
• Desired: Experience training other intelligence or operations software
• Desired: Excellent communication skills
• Desired: Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
• Desired: Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 1-6 years of Gotham and Maven/Gaia/Foundry experience

• Clearance: TS/SCI Required
