Digital Transformation Specialist – Public Sector Programs – Full-Time Role

Salary Range: $69,400 – $158,000

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to support modernization initiatives across public sector organizations. The role focuses on applying digital strategies and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness and mission performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate emerging technologies including data platforms, automation tools, UI/UX solutions, and AI capabilities
• Support development of digital transformation strategies and implementation plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions addressing mission challenges
• Develop presentations and strategic documentation supporting transformation initiatives
• Contribute to planning and execution of large-scale modernization programs

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience delivering digital or technology transformation initiatives
• Experience with business analysis, automation, data analytics, UI/UX, or AI solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to support collaborative project delivery across teams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering digital solutions or transformation programs

CLEARANCE & LOCATION

• Clearance: Secret clearance required
• Travel: Up to 25 percent may be required
• Work Model: Remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on program requirements
• Employment: Full-Time
