Agile Business Analyst, Senior

Salary: $86,800 to $198,000 annually

About This Role

You will lead requirements activities as a senior Agile Business Analyst. You will guide a requirements team, drive stakeholder engagements, and translate business needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee requirements team activities and delivery outcomes
• Set team goals, monitor progress, and evaluate performance
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Capture, analyze, and translate business and system needs into software requirements
• Decompose complex processes into user stories with acceptance criteria
• Define test criteria and scenarios aligned to requirements
• Perform current state and target state analysis and solution design
• Use requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Present findings and recommendations to product owners
• Drive solution approaches independently under general direction

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with technology
• 3+ years of experience as a requirements analyst
